Join us at the Vintages Sonoma Event Oct 16!

We are excited to be pouring two exceptional wines from Dry Creek Vineyard at the Vintages Sonoma Walk Around Tasting the evening of October 15th with our VIP from the vineyard, John Doxon.

2013 Dry Creek Vineyard “The Mariner” represents their vision to produce the finest Meritage wine from the Dry Creek Valley using the five noble Bordeaux varieties. 54% Cab Sauv, 24% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 8% Malbec & 4% Cab Franc.  With a 90 from Robert Parker and from Wine Enthusiast Magazine, you will want to come out and try this gorgeous Cali blend!

“The 2013 Proprietary Red The Mariner offers good blackcurrant fruit, new saddle leather, and toasty vanillin from the oak (about 40% is new). This attractive, medium-bodied, refreshing, Bordeaux-style wine should drink nicely for at least a decade.” Robert Parker

2015 Dry Creek Vineyard Old Vine Zinfandel is made from historic, pre-Prohibition, dry farmed vines over 95 years in age.  Dry Creek Vineyard was in fact the first to coin the term “Old Vine” back in 1987.  This Old Vine Zin always gets ratings in the 90′,s and this vintage received a 92 from Wine Enthusiast Magazine and a 91 from California Grapevine.

“With 22% Petite Sirah and 2% Carignan in the mix, this is a memorable wine.  Structured and powerful, it boasts flavours of raspberry jam, graham cracker and cinnamon, with integrated tannins that impart richness and length.” Wine Enthusiast
