description
This has the ripeness of the vintage, with fresh plum and blackberry notes, but also a nice, beautiful balance on the finely nuanced, medium-bodied palate. I love the polished tannins, which make you feel the wine is gliding over your palate. Long, complete finish. - 95 Points James Suckling
The syrah is all sourced from Limarà Valley. The Pacific Ocean’s cooling Camanchaca fog creeps into the valley from the west each morning and retreats as the sun rises over the Andes and bathes the vines in pure light in the afternoon. With less than 4 inches of rainfall per year, drip irrigation allows the vines to flourish as their roots dig deep into the calcareous soils. The combination creates rich wines with a distinctive mineral edge.
