Origin: This wine hails from the Terre di Valfredda ("Valley of the Cold") vineyard in Ala, Trentino, Italy. The grapes are cultivated using the traditional pergola trellising system, planted in 1998 with a high density of 3,500 vines per hectare.   

Winemaking: The winemaking philosophy emphasizes minimal intervention to allow the terroir to shine through.   

Vineyard: The Terre di Valfredda vineyard is located in a unique microclimate protected by surrounding mountains. This special terroir contributes to the wine's distinctive character and complexity.
